COL Margaret G. W. Stick

Col. Margaret Stick is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, where she received her commission as an Aviation Officer in 2003.

She served in 2nd Squadron, 17th Cavalry Regiment, 101st Combat Aviation Brigade as an OH-58D Kiowa Warrior Platoon Leader and Troop Commander forward deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. 

She served as a Congressional Fellow in the U. S. Senate and then as the Legislative Assistant to the Under Secretary of the Army.

Her roles in the 82nd Airborne Division include Executive Officer and Operations Officer in 1st Squadron, 17th Cavalry Regiment during its rotational assignment in the Republic of Korea, and the Brigade Operations Officer and Squadron Commander deploying the Multi-Functional Aviation Task Force (TF Saber) as part of the Global Response Force.

Additionally, she served as a Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff of the Army, and most recently she served as C5IRST Branch Chief at the Air Land Sea Space Application Center, Langley Air Force Base, Virginia.

Col. Stick holds master's in Military Studies from Marine Corps University, Congressional Affairs from George Washington University, and Joint Campaign Planning and Strategy from National Defense University, JAWS.

She is a Master Army Aviator rated on the AH-64E Guardian, AH-64D Apache Longbow, and the OH-58D Kiowa Warrior. Her awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Services Medal (4 Oak Leaf Clusters), Air Medal (Numeral 2), Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Combat Action Badge, Army Parachutist Badge and Air Assault Badge.

CSM Bryston K. Manintin

Command Sgt. Maj. Bryston K. Manintin enlisted in the Army Feb. 13, 2001. He attended Basic Training at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Eustis, Virginia, where he earned his Military Operational Skill as an OH-58(D) Armament/Avionics/ Electrical systems repairer (15J).

He is a graduate of Class 70 of the United States Army Sergeants Major Course Class 70 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Leadership and Workforce Development from the Command and General Staff College.

CW5 Scott Bean

CW5 Scott A. Bean enlisted in the Army in October 1993 as a Personnel Actions Specialist, serving 6 1/2 years with duty assignments at Fort Carson, Colorado, and Washington, D.C.

His previous Warrant Officer assignments include Nomad Troop, 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment, Fort Carson;  Charlie Troop, 1-14th Aviation Regiment, Fort Rucker, Alabama; Alpha, Bravo, and Headquarters and Headquarters Troop, 2-6 Air Cavalry Squadron, Wheeler Army Airfield, Hawaii; Directorate of Evaluations and Standardization, and Alpha Company, 1-14th Aviation Regiment, Fort Rucker; 4-2 Attack Battalion, Camp Humphries, Korea; Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1-501 Attack Reconnaissance Battalion, and Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 1st Armored Division  Combat Aviation Brigade, Fort Bliss, Texas; and Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 3rd CAB, Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. CW5 Bean has served as an Instructor Pilot, Senior Instructor Pilot, Master Gunner, and Aviation Standardization Officer.

CW5 Bean’s military education includes: the Warrant Officer Senior Staff Education, Aviation Master Gunner Course, OH-58D and AH-64D/E Instructor Pilot Course, and Instrument Flight Examiner Course. His aircraft qualifications include the OH-58A/C, OH-58D, AH-64D, and AH-64E(v6).
