Commander
COL George Morris
Col. George Morris was commissioned in 2004 after earning a Bachelor of Arts in History. As an infantry officer, he led two platoons and two companies in the 101st Airborne Division (AASLT). After completing the Captain's Career Course, he served in various staff positions and commanded a company in the 75th Ranger Regiment.
As a field grade officer, Col. Morris attended the Command and General Staff College, earning a Master's in International Relations. He was then assigned to the 1st Armored Division, where he served as the Chief of Future Operations and on the staff of both 2d Squadron, 13th Cavalry Regiment, and the 3d Armored Brigade Combat Team. Subsequently, he served as the Deputy Chief of Staff for the Next Generation Combat Vehicles Cross-Functional Team with Army Futures Command in Detroit, MI. Col. Morris also commanded the 2d Battalion, 7th Infantry Regiment, 1st Brigade Combat Team, 3d Infantry Division at Fort Stewart, GA, before serving as a Division Chief in the Joint Staff’s Deputy Directorate for Regional Operations (J-35).
Col. Morris is a recent graduate of the Army War College, where he earned a Master's in Strategic Studies.

CSM Sergio Estrella Jr.
Command Sgt. Major Sergio Estrella Jr. is a native of Los Angeles. He entered the Army on July 30, 2002. He attended One Station Unit Training at Fort Knox, KY, where he was awarded the Military Occupational Specialty of Armor Crewman (19K).
His military education includes the Battalion CSM Pre-Command Course, Sergeants Major Academy, Observer/Coach Trainer Academy, First Sergeant Pre-Command Course, Ranger Course, Master Resiliency Trainer Course, Senior Leaders Course, Drill Sergeant School, Advanced Leaders Course, M1A2 SEP Master Gunner Course, and the Basic Leaders Course.
