COL Bryan Frizzelle
Colonel Bryan Frizzelle commissioned from the United States Military Academy in 2002 as an Armor officer. His most recent assignment was as a Special Assistant to the Supreme Allied Commander, Europe at Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers, Europe in Mons, Belgium.
His most recent operational experience was as the Division G-3 (Operations Officer) for 1st Armored Division at Fort Bliss, Texas. He also commanded the 4th Battalion, 70th Armored Regiment “Thunderbolts” in 1st Armored Division from 2018-2020.
Col. Frizzelle’s duty in other warfighting units include assignment to the 1st Cavalry Division as a Tank Platoon Leader and Battalion Mortar Platoon Leader in 3rd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment at Fort Hood (known as Fort Cavazos since April 2023), Texas, where he deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom II in Baghdad. After attending the Armor Captains Career Course, he was reassigned to the 1st Cavalry Division, serving as a Battalion Logistics Officer, Tank Company Commander, and Headquarters and Headquarters Company Commander with the 3rd Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment at Fort Hood (known as Fort Cavazos since April 2023). During this assignment, he deployed twice as a company commander in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom 06-07 in Samarra and 08-09 in Mosul. As a field grade officer, he was assigned to the 2d Cavalry Regiment, serving as the Squadron S-3 (Operations Officer) for 1st Squadron and as the Regimental S-3 (Operations Officer) for the 2d Cavalry Regiment in Vilseck, Germany. In these duty positions, he planned and participated in several NATO exercises in central and eastern Europe in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve.
He also previously served at the joint and enterprise levels as a Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Strategic Analyst in the Deputy Chief of Staff, Headquarters Department of the Army, G-8.
Col. Frizzelle holds a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point (Class of 2002) and a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University. In 2022, he earned a Ph.D. from the University of Texas’ Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs.
His awards include the Bronze Star (1 Oak Leaf Cluster), the NATO Meritorious Service Medal, the Meritorious Service Medal (4 OLC), the Joint Staff Commendation Medal, the Army Commendation Medal, the Joint Staff Achievement Medal, the Army Achievement Medal, the Combat Action Badge, the Joint Staff Identification Badge, and the Army Staff Identification Badge.

CSM Michael Anthony A. Deleon
Command Sgt. Maj. Michael Anthony A. Deleon joined the U.S. Army in August 2002. He attended one station unit training in Fort Knox, Kentucky, and was awarded the MOS 19K: M1 Abrams Armor Crewman.
Throughout his career, he served in all positions on the M1A1/A2 Abrams Main Battle Tank and all enlisted leadership positions from SGT to 1SG within a tank company. His other positions include Headquarters and Headquarters Company First Sergeant, Company Master Gunner, Battalion Master Gunner, G3 Operations NCOIC, Detailed Recruiter, Senior Armor Observer Coach-Trainer, Squadron and Brigade Operations Sergeant Major, and Battalion Command Sergeant Major.

CSM Deleon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science through Purdue University Global and is currently working on his Masters in Defense and Strategic Studies through the University of Texas of El Paso.

Morrell Medallion for Excellence in Recruiting, Order of Saint Maurice (Legionnaire), The Order of the Spur (Silver), German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge (Gold), German Armed Forces Marksmanship Badge (Gold), and is a member of the prestigious Sergeant Audie Murphy Club.
