The DPW Service Order Desk accepts requests for Army-owned facilities on Fort Bliss property except Army Family Housing and household appliances repairs. For EMERGENCIES, PLEASE CALL 915-642-5477.

PRIORITY DEFINITIONS:

P1 – Emergency. Contractor has 24 hours to mitigate the repair.

P2 – Urgent. Order may take up to 7 days to complete the repair.

P3 – Routine. Order may take up to 30 days to complete the repair.

ARMY MAINTENANCE APPLICATION (ArMA) is a web-based application to allow DPW’s customer to submit requests for maintenance and repairs or review order status without calling the Service Order Desk. ArMA can be accessed at www.armymaintenance.com or through the QR code on the right.
