POW Registration Refresher

Whether you're new to Bliss or just need a refresher, here's what you need to know about registering Privately Owned Weapons (POW) on post.

Garrison Commander Policy Memorandum #20 (as of May 30) - lists out the requirements for POW Purchases, Registration, Transportation, and Storage on Fort Bliss.

This policy applies to all 1st Armored Division units and personnel, tenant units, and personnel living/working and/or visiting on Fort Bliss and/or its adjoining properties (i.e., Biggs Army Airfield, William Beaumont Army Medical Center, East Fort Bliss, Dona Ana Range Complex, McGregor Range, and Oro Grande Range.)
