Provide outstanding efficient and effective standardized Master Planning services to Fort Bliss and surrounding community.
Master Planning and Real Property Division is responsible for Military Construction programming and project management, siting approvals, facility and space utilization, real property accountability, excavation permits, and maps. We work to transform the installation into a more orderly community able to support the Army’s mission at home and abroad.
