PRIORITY DEFINITIONS:
P1 – Emergency. Contractor has 24 hours to mitigate the repair.
P2 – Urgent. Order may take up to 7 days to complete the repair.
P3 – Routine. Order may take up to 30 days to complete the repair.
ARMY MAINTENANCE APPLICATION (ArMA) is a web-based application to allow DPW’s customer to submit requests for maintenance and repairs or review order status without calling the Service Order Desk. ArMA can be accessed at https://maintenance.army.mil.
