Directorate of Emergency Services
The U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach Directorate of Emergency Services is committed to providing the professional law enforcement, fire support, and emergency services. Our top three priorities are to prevent emergencies, respond to emergencies, and support the community.
Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation
Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation, or Family and MWR, provides community members with a variety of quality programs and services. Keeping our Army ready to fight takes more than hard work and training; Soldiers and families need a balance between work and play. Leisure time offers opportunities for relaxation, rejuvenation and recreation. Providing this and more is the mission of Family and MWR.

Directorate of Public Works
The Directorate of Public Works provides infrastructure, engineering resources, housing and facility management support and services incorporating sustainable development. It's DPW’s mission to ensure the long-term viability of the installation's ability to support the military commanders and joint base community, advancing environmental stewardship, community relations and quality of life.
Equal Employment Opportunity
Equal Employment Opportunity is fair treatment in employment, promotion, training, and other personnel actions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, and physical or mental disability. To make sure that all Federal employees and applicants for employment with the Federal Government are provided this opportunity, certain laws and regulations were issued containing the legal basis for EEO programs in Federal agencies. One of the main misconceptions of EEO is that EEO is only for selected groups. EEO is for everyone: it's the law.
Equal Opportunity Advisor
The office of the Equal Opportunity Adviser at U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach provides the assurance for Soldiers and other service members that they will be afforded equal opportunity and fair treatment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, or national origin. The advisers help assure an environment free of unlawful discrimination and offensive behavior.
