LTC Paul L. Moeller

87th DSSB Commander

LTC Paul L. Meller Jr. previously served as a Land Movement Planner for Joint Forces Command- Naples headquartered in Naples, Italy.

Prior to his current position, Lieutenant Colonel Moeller served as the Distribution and Integration Branch Chief at 3RD Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) at Fort Liberty, NC.

Lieutenant Colonel Moeller’s previous assignments include Commander, Special Operations Logistics Support Element (SOLSE)-Joint Special Operations Command; Executive Officer, 87TH Combat Sustainment Support Battalion; Supply & Services Officer, Headquarters, 3RD Infantry Division; Brigade Logistics Support Team Chief, AFSBn-Korea; Operations Officer, Warrior Transition Battalion-Europe; OC/T Team Chief, 2-338 Training Support Battalion; and Commander, Echo Forward Support Company, 302D Brigade Support Battalion.

Lieutenant Colonel Moeller’s awards and decorations include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal (1OLC), Meritorious Service Medal (2OLC), Army Commendation Medal (1SLC); Joint Service Achievement Medal (1OLC); Army Achievement Medal (2OLC); Iraqi Campaign Ribbon; Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal; Korean Defense Service Ribbon; Parachutist Badge; Air Assault Badge; and German Armed Forces Proficiency Badge (Silver).

Lieutenant Colonel’s Moeller's military courses include the U.S. Army Transportation Officer Basic Course, Combined Logisticians Captains Career Course; Command and General Staff College; Airborne School; and Air Assault School.

Lieutenant Colonel Moeller holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Science from Indiana University and a Master’s Degree from American Military University.  He attended Joint Professional Military Education (Phase II) at the Joint Forces Staff College in Norfolk, VA.

Lieutenant Colonel Moeller and his wife have four Children: Paul III, Frederick, Bartholomew, and Chihaya.

CSM Hector Rodriguezpabon

87th DSSB CSM

CSM Hector Rodriguezpabon is a native of Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico and he enlisted in the United States Army on June 18, 2003, as a 92A Automated Logistical Specialist. He attended basic training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina and advanced individual training at Fort Lee, Virginia.

With over 21 years of military service CSM Rodriguezpabon has served in every leadership position from team leader to First Sergeant, and he recently served as the 3rd Division Sustainment Brigade Support Operations SGM. Additional duties include Supply Support Activity (SSA) Warehouse NCOIC, Army Recruiter, Observer/Coach Trainer (OCT), and Brigade Logistics Service NCO.

His stateside assignments included Fort Cavazos, Texas, Fort Carson, Colorado and SGM Academy Fort Bliss, Texas. His overseas assignments included Camp Casey, South Korea, Hohenfels Germany, and Caguas Puerto Rico San Juan Recruiting Company and has deployed twice to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and once to Poland.

CSM Rodriguezpabon’s military education includes the Warrior Leader Course, Advance Leaders Course, Army Recruiting Course, Senior Leader Course, Observer/Coach Trainer Course, Support Operations Phase 2 Course, Battle Staff Course, Theater Sustainment Planner Course, Sexual Harassment/Assault Responsive Program Course, Small Unmanned Aviation System Master Trainer Course, First Sergeant Course, Sling Load Inspection Certification Course, Sergeants Major Course, Sustainment Pre-Command Course, and Battalion Pre-Command Course. His civilian education includes a bachelor’s degree in science of business management from Trident University International.

CSM Rodriguezpabon’s awards and decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal (3rd award), the Army Commendation Medal (5th award), the Army Achievement Medal (10th award), the Meritorious Unit Citation Medal (2nd award), the Army Good Conduct Medal (7th award), the National Defense Service Medal, the Iraq Campaign Medal (2 service stars), the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, the Korean Defense Service Medal, the Humanitarian Service Medal, the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, the NCO Professional Development Ribbon (numeral 5), the Army Service Ribbon, and the Overseas Service Ribbon (numeral 6).

He resides in Fort Stewart, Georgia with his wife Ana T. Rodriguez, his son Ektor and his daughter Ariana. His oldest son Elliot resides in Daytona, Florida where he attends Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University as a Senior.
