On behalf of the 3ID Command team, we are pleased to announce the outstanding results of this year’s highly anticipated Thanksgiving Best DFAC (Warrior Restaurant) Competition. The competition once again showcased the remarkable talent, dedication, and culinary excellence within the food service community.
- 1st Place (TIE): Rocky II Warrior Restaurant & Backbone NCOA Warrior Restaurant
- 2nd Place: Spartan Warrior Restaurant
- 3rd Place: HAAF Chisholm Warrior Restaurant
We would like to thank all participating competitors for their incredible sportsmanship and the tremendous effort they put into preparing such magnificent Thanksgiving meals. The dedication displayed by every team ensured a memorable holiday experience for our Soldiers.
Furthermore, we express our gratitude to all the command teams and community members who came out to support the competition and those that served meals to our Soldiers. Your presence underscores the importance of this cherished tradition.
Upcoming Trophy Presentations:
The official trophy presentations for the winners will be held on 12DEC25 at 1000hrs during the upcoming 3rd Infantry Division Award Ceremony.
The trophy presentation for the Backbone NCOA Warrior Restaurant’s will be held separately at the NCOA on a date (TBD).
