FORT STEWART NCOA VISION
Train and develope the Army's future NCO Corp, equipping them with a leadership skill set that embraces the "Warrior Ethos", while exuding the confidence and competence to perform assigned duties and responsibilities across a broad spectrum in peace and war to achieve victory.
FORT STEWART NCOA OVERVIEW
Basic Leader Course is a 22-academic day course course consisting of 169 hours which focuses on the six NCO Common Core Competencies. BLC is designed to build leader and trainer skills needed to lead a team size element, while providing the foundation for further development along the PME learning continuum.
Master Leader Course consists of 112 academic hours which focuses on the four Army Learning Areas: Army Leadership and Profession, Human Dimension, Professional Competence, and Mission Command. The MLC curriculum educates promotable Sergeants First Class to effectively accomplish the Army mission.
