The Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP) works to ensure servicemembers, their eligible Family members and overseas citizens are aware of their right to vote and have the tools and resources to successfully do so, from anywhere in the world. FVAP provides servicemembers and their Family members the resources needed to submit their federal post card applications and their federal write-in absentee ballots to their home state so they can remain engaged with their state's election processes.
