The Personnel Reassignments Branch is responsible for processing reassignment orders for personnel on permanent change of station assignments.
How to receive your orders
Once your assignment is loaded into IPPS-A, the system should send you an email notifying you of upcoming assignment (you may also receive and email from a Reassignment Analyst informing you of an assignment in the system). You will need to:
Go to the IPPS-A portal and log in at https://hr.ippsa.army.mil/hcpdc/signon.html
1. Select the compass icon on the upper right navigation bar.
2. Select the navigator icon that opens on the menu from the right of the screen.
3. Select “Self Service”
4. Select “My Assignment Elections”
5. Open the ACT Assignment ID Link and follow the instructions and then click the “Next Button”
6. You will now see the “Tour Elections” drop down menu option. NOTE: please ensure you click save at the bottom of each screen.
7. Select “With Dependents” or “All Others” as applicable. If you select All Others you’ll annotate whether they will relocate or stay at current location.
8. Make the appropriate travel decision for each member of your Family and click submit when complete (if you are going CONUS – with dependents is your only option. Elections will be re-initiated if dependents have been annotated as not traveling). Then select the “Next” button.
Accept the appropriate Entitlement ID and select “yes”.
Save! Click “Next” and then exit.
