DTF is a Distributed Learning Classroom for Soldiers and Civilians to conduct on-line training and resident classroom instructions when it fits their professional needs and personal schedules. DTFs are equipped with Video Tele-Training (VTT) for instructor led courses and to conduct training at Army Installations and Reserve sites world-wide.
