TSC Baumholder provides state of the art home-station, expeditionary, rotational, and contingency training support and visual information capabilities in order to build readiness, and increase interoperability of all U.S. assigned, attached, regionally aligned forces, our Multi-National Partners, and Allies.

DTF is a Distributed Learning Classroom for Soldiers and Civilians to conduct on-line training and resident classroom instructions when it fits their professional needs and personal schedules.  DTFs are equipped with Video Tele-Training (VTT) for instructor led courses and to conduct training at Army Installations and Reserve sites world-wide.
