NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY: FORT HOOD LINE HAUL FACILITY ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT
U.S. Army Garrison, Fort Hood, Texas, has prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA) to evaluate potential environmental effects associated with the construction, operation, and maintenance of a proposed Line Haul Facility at Fort Hood. Analysis of the proposed action under this EA has identified no significant impacts on natural or human resources. The EA and Draft Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) are available for public review and comment. The public is encouraged to review and comment on these documents. This participation is an integral part of the Army’s NEPA and decision-making processes. Comments received during the public comment period will be addressed or summarized in the Final FONSI.
