Army Maintenance (ArMA) Update: As part of the fiscal year closeout, all existing system-level Demand Maintenance Orders (DMOs) were administratively closed Aug. 30.
What does this mean for you?
No interruption to maintenance operations. DPW will continue working outstanding DMOs regardless of their system status.
ArMA remains available. Customers can continue submitting new maintenance requests through ArMA.
Don't be alarmed by a "Closed" notification. If you receive a system-generated notice that your request has been closed, this is an administrative closeout only and does not mean your maintenance request has been canceled.
ArMA will provide additional communications to help customers understand the closeout process.
