Military OneSource

Guidance on shipping household goods, pets, and vehicles—plus all required documentation and processes.

Installation Transportation Office

Manages household shipment/storage and official travel; plans and executes unit deployments by air, rail, convoy, and sea; and provides non-tactical fleet support.

Personal Property Processing Office

Counseling for outbound shipments and storage of personal property for service members, dependents, and DoD civilians.

Personal Property Quality Assurance

Ensures Transportation Service Providers meet Tender of Service requirements, liaises on claims, and enforces regulatory compliance.
