Contact Your New Duty Station Housing Office ⚠
Use the Around the World QR map or HSO Around the World trifold to navigate to your next duty station’s Housing Services Office.
Installation Out-Processing
The Out-Processing Office is on the 3rd Floor of Copeland Center, Bldg 18010 (Legends Way & TJ Mills). When it’s time to PCS or separate, they provide your out-processing brief and clearing papers.
Military OneSource ⚠
Guidance on shipping household goods, managing pets, and vehicle shipping. Check Transportation for vehicle details.
Personal Property Processing Office
Counseling for outbound shipments and storage of personal property for service members, dependents, and DoD civilians.
Personal Property Quality Assurance
Ensures Transportation Service Providers meet Tender of Service requirements, liaises on claims, and enforces regulatory compliance.
Reassignments and Family Travel
The Reassignments Office is on the 2nd Floor of Copeland Center, Bldg 18010 (Legends Way & TJ Mills Blvd). They ensure PCS orders are issued timely and coordinate family travel and port calls for overseas moves.
Sponsorship
Assigned sponsors help Soldiers (Pvt. to Col.) and families reduce stress, enhance resiliency, and improve readiness during transitions.

Military Personnel Center
The Military Personnel Center (formerly the Fort Hood Transition Center) is located on the 3rd Floor of the Copeland Center, Building 18010, at the corner of Legends Way and TJ Mills Blvd. It provides separation briefings, orders, and DD Form 214 for all Soldiers leaving military service (chapters, ETS, retirements).
Transition Assistance Program ⚠
The Transition Assistance Program offers transition assistance, employment life-skills training, and public/private sector employer connections for separating Soldiers, retirees, DoD civilian employees in a reduction-in-force/retiring status, and their families.
USO Pathfinder Transition Program ⚠
The USO Pathfinder® Transition Program extends the USO experience to active duty, Reserve, National Guard, and military spouses by offering professional development services throughout their careers and as they transition into new communities.

Command sponsorship is the permission needed to have family members accompany you with full military benefits during your assignment overseas.
Official Passports and Visas
The Official Passports and Visas Office on the 1st Floor of Copeland Center (Bldg 18010, Legends Way & TJ Mills) provides passports and visas for all military, DoD civilians, contractors, and eligible family members on overseas assignment.
