FORT CARSON, Colo. — Col. Kizzy M. Danser, commander, 418th Contracting Support Brigade, Fort Hood, Texas, passes the 918th Contracting Battalion guidon to incoming commander Lt. Col. James Ko symbolizing her trust in Ko, as outgoing commander Lt. Col. Ryan E. Oliver relinquishes command. The passing of the colors is a time-honored Army tradition, symbolizing the transfer of responsibility, authority and care of the brigade’s Soldiers and civilians.
