FORT CARSON, Colo. — Jules W. Hurst III, performing the duties of the under secretary of defense for Personnel and Readiness, participates in physical training with leaders from the 4th Infantry Division April 8, 2025. Hurst works closely with military leaders to ensure personnel policies align with the defense strategy.
