Facilitate, train, and consult Garrison leadership, supervisors and employees to provide, as much as possible, a safe and healthful work environment. To instill an ownership culture in the USAG Bavaria Safety Program which creates a safety conscious mindset in all aspects of the job. This mission statement is the foundation of what is known as USAG Bavaria Accident Prevention and Safety Management (APSM) program. The APSM serves as a mechanism for communicating a shared set of expectations regarding what the USAG Bavaria APSM wants to achieve, and the strategies that it will use.
