Bulk trash pickup scheduled Sept. 9 and Nov. 4, 2026

An additional on-post bulk trash pickup has been scheduled for Sept. 9, 2026, in response to the PCS season.

Bulk trash will be picked up at Katterbach, Urlas and Bleidorn housing areas. Bulk trash will not be picked up at Storck Barracks. 

Bulk trash pickup has been scheduled semi-annually to coincide with Spring and Fall Clean-Ups. Following the Sept. 9 bulk trash pickup, the next bulk trash pick-up will occur Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2026, during the 2026 Fall Clean-Up.

In December, leaders will meet to schedule bulk-trash pick-ups for the 2027 calendar year. Garrison leadership and the city's trash collection agency will discuss expanding bulk-trash pick-ups throughout the year.   

Bulk trash pickup no longer includes electronics, cables or anything with a plug.

On-post residents are reminded that bulk trash can still be taken to the Recycling Centers located at Katterbach Kaserne, Bldg. 9024, and Storck Barracks, Bldg. 6689.
