Schedule your Army Personnel Tests (APT) virtually!

The Army Education Center has developed several DA Form 4187s into a fillable PDF format. Just click on the name of the test you want to schedule and the form will be ready to complete. Also included, is a link to instructions about completing the form and returning it to the Education Center.

Army Personnel Tests (APT):

APTs are formally administered written tests used in the selection of applicants for appointment as commissioned or warrant officers, the initial or subsequent classification of enlisted personnel, the selection of military personnel of all ranks for assignment to training or duties that need specialized aptitudes or qualifications.

Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course Prerequisite Basic Math & Science Test Survey: Soldiers in MOS Tracks 11C, 12B, and CMF 13 (13B, 13E, 13F) are required to successfully complete the Basic Noncommissioned Officer Course (BNCOC) Math Prerequisite Survey (pre-test) prior to attending BNCOC. Combat eligible soldiers with CMF51 MOS series (51B, 51C, 51H, 51K, 51R) are authorized to attend 12B BNCOC on a space available basis. Soldiers with MOS 12C and 18C are required to attend 12B BNCOC. The math skills addressed by this pretest are required for satisfactory completion of BNCOC for these identified MOS tracks. Soldiers may challenge the pretest only once. Prescribed review and study are required prior to retesting. Scheduling for testing as well as necessary review is accomplished through your Guidance Counselor.

Army Correspondence End of Course Tests, Sergeants Major Academy Non-Resident Course Tests, Warrant Officer Candidate pre-course required DL testing, Quartermaster Cutlery School Testing (MOS Specific), Firefighter Testing - Air Force Gateway to Advanced Distributed Learning (AFIADL), and Defense Language Institute English Language Center (DLIELC) tests may be scheduled through the Testing Office at Fort Stewart or be proctored by the Test Examiner at Hunter Army Airfield.

All tests are offered at the Ft. Stewart location, but some tests may also be administered periodically at HAAF. Contact the Testing Office for more detailed information on military testing opportunities and scheduling.
