The Cardinal Golf Club Spring Fling tournament is open to all community members. This will be an 18-hole, stroke-play event, gross and net. There will be a division for those without USGA handicaps. Signup is underway for Family and MWR's first whitewater rafting excursion on the James River. Participants will be bussed from an assembly area in Richmond to the launch site where they will be outfitted with helmets, life jackets and other gear before setting off of a breathtaking journey dotted with Class III rapids.
