Army Housing Services Office Provides a comprehensive menu of services for Service Members, DoD Civilians and their Families
- Provide off-post housing counseling and referral assistance
- Assist with complaints that cannot be resolved between landlord and tenant
- Review lease agreements and help tenants understand their rights and responsibilities
- Assist in resolving problems with utility connections, fees, deposits, billings
- Coordinate with local licensed real estate specialists, apartment managers and landlords to jointly inspect housing for adequacy
- Provide education for customers about property rental application fees and utility waivers
- Investigate housing discrimination complaints
- Review available community programs and resources
- Provide area maps, computer access and telephones to assist with housing search
- Provide relocation assistance for the next duty station

School Liaison Office Information for Families
Withdrawal form: this is for out-processing soldiers. This form must be filled out by the soldier and school to out process.
The transition referral form this can be given to new families or outgoing families. This helps us connect them to the community and resources at the gaining installation.
