Mr. Chester (Chet) Witkowski
Chet Witkowski assumed the duties as Deputy to the Garrison Commander in June 2022. He is responsible for installation programs and services for U.S. Army Garrison Daegu and Area IV, South Korea.
Witkowski is a retired Army military police officer with 21 years of active duty experience, 11 years deployed overseas. Upon retirement from the Army, he worked with two Fortune 100 companies. Witkowski joined the federal workforce in 2004.
