CLEARING PAPERS
- Clearing papers can be obtained 30 Calendar Days prior to AVAL Date on Orders
- If the Service Member is more than 30 Calendar Days prior to AVAL Date, the Service Member can still set up Housing, Transportation and schedule SATO flight with Orders

- Installation clearing papers can be obtained in person or via email
- Due to PII, Installation Clearing Papers can only be sent to official email addresses
- To request Clearing Papers via email, please send following documents to usarmy.bavaria.id-europe.mbx.dhr-iop@army.mil
* PCS/ETS/Retirement Orders including any Amendments
* Approved PCS/Terminal Absence Request
* Flight Itinerary
HOHENFELS
- Clearing papers must be requested in Person with MPD HOHENFELS
GARMISCH
