> Mission:
PAIO provides support to the Garrison Command Group and Garrison Directorates. The PAIO oversees and facilitates the implementation of command initiatives. PAIO develops strategies and plans to improve USAG Bavaria’s programs and services, measures organizational performance on behalf of Garrison leadership, and identifies shortfalls to ensure the successful implementation of the IMCOM Commander’s vision.
The PAIO directs and manages continuous improvement projects to close performance gaps, manages garrison measurement and improvement programs such as the Installation Status Report (ISR), Common Levels of Support (CLS), Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Continuous Process Improvement (CPI), Best Business Practices, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Army Communities of Excellence (ACOE), and the Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP). PAIO serves as the Garrison Commander’s focal point for strategy, integration, management planning, stationing, transformation and the alignment of processes at our three installations. PAIO’s current focus includes the European Infrastructure Consolidation (EIC) and Regionally Aligned Forces (RAF) initiatives.
PAIO has oversight of the garrison's Interactive Customer Evaluation program. To use the program customers can enter the ICE link, the QR code provided on the ICE posters around the installations, or use one of 10 kiosks that are located in various service areas within the installation. PAIO also collects issues collected at the Community Leader Information Forum (CLIF), updates, follows up and provides feedback to customers on the garrison webpage.
