Employment Readiness Program
Additionally, for DoD ID card holders, The Employment Readiness Program (ERP) offers resources for employment and volunteer opportunities throughout the Fort PolkCommunity. Services are designed to give you the competitive edge necessary to secure employment and advance your career. Individual and group sessions on federal job searching, resume writing, and interview skills are just a few of the many resources provided. To enhance the health, fitness and quality of life for our DA Civilians, while increasing organizational wellness and mission productivity, Department of the Army Civilians assigned to JRTC and Fort Polk are authorized up to 3 hours of excused absence per week to participate in a command sponsored fitness, health promotion, and/or education program. Participants can begin after supervisors approval and submission of enrollment packets.
