ID Cards/DEERS
Welcome and thank you for choosing the USAG Fort Hamilton DEERS/ID Card Section.
To serve you as quickly as possible and eliminate long lines, our hours of operations are by appointment only. To schedule an appointment please visit https://idco.dmdc.osd.mil/idco/locator
Please be advised that effective immediately, the ID (DEERS) office will no longer have walk-in hours on Thursdays. Appointments are required for the ID card section.

Installation Updates
USAG Fort Hamilton will undergo a planned, phased installation-wide power outage on Sunday, May 17, starting at approximately 10:00 PM. This outage is a necessary operational step to transition the installation to Prime Power Generation, allowing for permanent repairs to begin on the main substation.

This transition ensures that the installation maintains a steady and reliable power source while the substation is under repair. Please review the specific areas scheduled to lose power:

Resident Instructions
- Timeline: Power loss will occur shortly after 10:00 PM on Sunday.
- Preparation: Please ensure electronic devices are protected or unplugged and that sensitive mission equipment is properly powered down prior to the outage.
- Safety: Maintain awareness of your surroundings during the dark hours and check on neighbors if necessary.
