The Fort Hamilton Influenza Vaccination Events will be for adults 18 years and older and are scheduled for:

The Fort Hamilton Post Gymnasium, MacArthur Rd, Brooklyn, NY 11209

• Wednesday, October 15th, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. – 14:00 p.m.

Please be prepared with your DoD ID/CAC card for the vaccination events. Service members in uniform will be front-loaded in line.

These events are available for ALL TRICARE enrolled beneficiaries, Department of Army civilian employees, and other DoD-affiliated personnel who live or reside on Fort Hamilton.

• Veterans Day- Tuesday November 11th

Gate Updates: 

Please be advised that on Oct 14, Oct 15 and Oct 16 (Tuesday to Thursday) the Fort Hamilton Main Gate on 101st Street will be closed to all vehicles from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm due to planned roadwork on Fort Hamilton during those times. 

The 7th Ave Gate will be open from 6:00 am – 6:00 pm for all vehicles entering and exiting the installation.  Both the 101st   pedestrian entrance and the 7th Ave pedestrian walkway will remain at normal operations.  

Please pass this information along to the lowest level (and don’t forget to notify any delivery drivers of the changes ASAP!!

Effective immediately the Fort Hamilton ID Card Office will be operating under new hours; Mon-Fri 0800 to 1100 (Appointment Only!) 

At this time, there is no estimated timeline for when normal operations will resume. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

In the meantime, we encourage you to utilize one of the following alternative DEERS locations:
