As the Force Modernization Proponent for Cyberspace Operations, Signal Communications, and Electromagnetic Warfare, CDID develops, evaluates, integrates, and communicates

concepts, doctrine, requirements and solutions across DOTMLPF, Warfighting functions and formations to improve our Army and ensure the combat effectiveness of the future force.
Chief of Staff
In support of the CDID mission, the Program Management Division (PMD) provides programmatic and administrative oversight, synchronization, management, and expertise relating to administrative operations, budget, manpower assessments, human capital management, information technology support, supply and logistics, video teleconferencing, government travel and Government Purchase card, Defense Travel System (DTS), contract management.
Requirements Integration
Identify, develop, and integrate materiel and organizational requirements for Cyberspace, Signal, and Electromagnetic Warfare; investigate emerging network requirements; conduct assessments for materiel requirements determination and development; develop and manage the integration of DOTMLPF Cyberspace, Signal, and Electromagnetic Warfare solutions.
