Tenant Satisfaction Survey

  • Soldiers across the Army — including those living in unaccompanied housing and barracks — will have the opportunity to share their experiences and help shape the future of Army housing.
  • Surveys are delivered electronically, each with a unique, confidential access code. Keep an eye out for a message from ArmyHousingSurvey@celassociates.com. If email isn’t an option, Soldiers can scan the QR code provided or visit the survey site directly at celsurvey.com/Army2025HousingSurvey.htm.
  • Soldiers stationed at USAG Bavaria can also reach out to the Army Housing Office for assistance.
  • There are two separate surveys, one for Family Housing and one for Unaccompanied Housing.
