Guests

Spouses, dependents, and overnight guests are not permitted.

Pets

No pets are allowed at the GGTC. There will be up to a $250 cleaning fee if pets are reported in your room.

Smoking

We do not offer smoking rooms. Please use our lovely designated smoking areas or smoke at least 50 feet from the buildings.

Long term reservations

Guests who stay longer than 30 days must pay room and incidental charges by the 1st of each month to avoid fees.

Cancellations

You will be charged if your cancellation is made within 24 hours of your stay.
