Anne Marie Chadima is the new Public Affairs Specialist in charge of Digital Content with the Public Affairs Office at White Sands Missile Range.

Chadima, who used to work in the private sector, said she wanted to do more than just big business with her talents.

“I wanted to do a greater good with my talent,” Chadima said. “I wanted to serve my community and have a better purpose.”

Chadima, who is originally from Dallas, Texas, is taking over for Vanessa Flores, who is now working on Community and Legislative Outreach.

Chadima will be in charge of updating the PAO Facebook, WSDM and IMCOM Webpage moving forward.

She enjoys dancing, cooking, hiking, and camping. She calls herself a coffee nerd. She also enjoys silk painting, which involves using ink to paint on silk textiles and canvases.

Chadima said she is also looking forward to being able to do hot yoga and Muay Thai, a form of kick boxing, which she had to stop doing during the pandemic.

She also enjoys remodeling homes and prides herself in her drywall repair. She is excited about using the tools at the Arts and Craft Center and Bell Gym.
