The Trial Defense Service (TDS) Offices of the 8th Circuit (West) provide conflict-free legal representation to Soldiers who are facing adverse criminal or administrative actions at no cost to you.
Attorney/client relationships are strictly confidential and privileged.
Complete our Intake form if you are facing:
- Criminal Investigation (CID or MPI)
- Administrative Investigation (AR 15-6 Investigation)
- Article 15
- Administrative Separation
- Officer Elimination
- Other adverse action associated with the above as determined by Army Regulation 27-3
Our office provides services to those Soldiers on Active Duty, or from the National Guard of US Army Reserve activated in a Title 10, AGR, or ADOS status for more than 30 days.
