24 hours/ 7 days per week Life, limb or eyesight Fort Walker EMS will respond and coordinate evacuation as needed. Dial 911 from any phone, even range phones. 

Primary Services

Provide basic sick call, including but not limited to:

  • IV fluid resuscitation
  • Minor procedures
  • Basic lab capabilities
  • Heat related injuries
  • PHAs (must have labs drawn prior)

The clinic has no x-ray capability.
Unit is responsible for non-urgent care, patient transportation to and from local hospitals.

Units are required to bring adequate quantities of medical supplies

Medical waste

The clinic will accept regulated medical waste from Units or Organizations training on Fort Walker. Each container must be clearly labeled with a description of contents, date, time and unit contact info. All waste must be appropriately separated and secured.
Only blood soaked items should placed in a red bag. Small amounts of blood can be discarded into regular trash bags.
