Vehicles entering Fort Walker are required to have either an adult authorized identification cardholder in the vehicle or an authorized visitor pass. To obtain the pass, the vehicle operator must process through the visitor center and present the following: A valid vehicle registration, proof of current vehicle insurance, valid driver's license.
If you are a contractor or vendor arrange for your long-term pass through your Contract Office's Representative or Government Employee Sponsor.

To get your background check and access pass to post you can go to the Visitors Control Center between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. daily. The process at the Visitors Control Center should take approximately 15 minutes per person. Please allow for this extra time when making travel plans.
Personnel under the age of 18 will not have a NCIC check conducted.
Visitors requiring a pass arriving after 4 p.m. will be unable to access the installation.
Be aware that all individuals 18 and older in the vehicle are required to have a background check and pass before being allowed to enter the installation unescorted.
Visitors with a valid pass and picture ID can access the installation at any Access Control Point during their visit. Passes are valid only for the approved time frame based on the length or frequency of your visit.
