MARFOR-E-A.pngU.S. Marine Corps Forces Europe and Africa Headquarters (MARFOREUR/AF) The headquarters is based in Stuttgart, Germany, and provides support to both our rotational units and the two combatant commanders at EUCOM and AFRICOM across all war-fighting functions. Planning efforts from this headquarters translate strategic objectives into operational ones that will be achieved by our rotational forces - Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force-Crisis Response-Africa, the Black Sea Rotational Force and Marine Rotational Force-Europe.
