Special Victim Counsel

The mission of the SVC Program is to provide legal representation to eligible clients who allege they are victims of a sexual-related offense; deliver exceptional legal representation and advice to victims of sexual assault; and empower clients through professional competency and zealous advocacy to ensure their interest and rights are recognized and protected throughout all proceedings.

  • ADVISES ON INVESTIGATION & PROSECUTIONS PROCESSES
  • ATTENDS INTERVIEWS
  • ATTENDS HEARINGS & COURTS-MARTIAL

REMEMBER:   TO MAINTAIN YOUR CHOICE FOR A REPORT TO BE RESTRICTED, IT MUST BE MADE TO AN SVC, SARC, ANYWHERE IN MDG, OR A CHAPLAIN. ANYONE ELSE MAY POTENTIALLY BE A MANDATORY REPORTER.
