Winn offers COVID vaccine drive-thru Friday

Winn Army Community Hospital will host a COVID- 19 Vaccine Drive Through Clinic Friday on Fort Stewart for TRICARE beneficiaries, 18 years and older, living within 40 miles of the installation.
The clinic will offer first and second doses of the Moderna Vaccine. No appointment is necessary.
On the day of the appointment, participants must check-in at the corner of East Ninth Street and Niles Avenue. Identification cards are required. For your safety and the staff’s, please wear a face mask.
Individuals can prepare for their visit by going to winn.tricare.mil, and downloading the Defense Health Agency Form 207 and completing information. The form will also be available onsite at the screening sta­tion.
Winn ACH only provides the Moderna Vaccine. The vaccine is delivered in two doses separated by 28-42 days for full efficacy – around 94.1%.

Beneficiaries who get their vaccine off-post should provide a record of the vaccination to their primary care provider.
