DHR awards All-Hands employee of the quarter
The Fort Stewart-Hunter Army Airfield Directorate of Human Resources hosted an All Hands employee recognition ceremony on July 16 on Fort Stewart.
The ceremony included employee recognition for significant accomplishments during the COVID-19 pandemic along with recognition of the employee of the quarter.
The event served as a platform to share upcoming events, provide information on key topics of interest, and to boost morale of DHR employees.
Ms. Jennifer Johnson, an Education Services Specialist for the Fort Stewart Army Education Center, was selected as the winner of the DHR Employee of the Quarter award due to her dedication, dependability, and selflessness resulting in outstanding external and internal customer service amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Her drive to provide the best education assistance to her customers has resulted in better day-to-day operations for the customers and staff.
During the recognition portion of the ceremony, DFMWR Deputy Director, Ms. Jennifer Britos joined the meeting to present two DHR employees, Mr. Charles Collins and Mr. Terry Duncan with Certificates of Achievement along with MWR bucks.
Additional DHR employees were recognized during the event. New arrivals included Monroe Ofton, Military Personnel Division; and Martina Sample.
Employees recently promoted included Jamie Smalls, and Joyce Rawls Army Continuing Education Services.
Special Presentation recipients included Charles Collins and Terry Duncan.
Finally, personnel were recognized for the DHR Employee of the Quarter included Charles Collins Alcohol Substance Abuse Program, Walter Ellis, Jeffrey Lee, and Vintressia Nicholas.
