The Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP) works to ensure servicemembers, their eligible Family members and overseas citizens are aware of their right to vote and have the tools and resources to successfully do so, from anywhere in the world. FVAP provides servicemembers and their Family members the resources needed to submit their federal post card applications and their federal write-in absentee ballots to their home state so they can remain engaged with their state's election processes. The Installation Voting Assistance Office offers individual, family and group voting assistance. Resources such as internet access, computer, copy machine, fax machine and email capability are available to help customers with voter registration, absentee ballot requests, and election process information. All AVCOE and Fort Novosel voters, military or civilian are welcome to utilize the Installation Voting Assistance Office services.
