The Network Enterprise Center provides Fort Novosel and all tenants with world class sustaining base, common user, information technology services of automation, telecommunications, and information assurance. NEC provisions, operates and defends the Fort Novosel portion of the LandWarNet through integrated network operations.

Business Operations Division is the "backbone support" for all Fort Novosel NEC information technology business processes, financial and personnel resource requirements, as well as providing service level agreements logistics support assisting the directorate in meeting and exceeding customer service expectations.

Data and Networking Services
The Data and Networking Services Division is responsible for managing, maintaining, monitoring and improving the Fort Novosel network. The division extends network services across the entirety of Fort Novosel to include the cantonment area, airfields and other outlying areas. The division performs Tier 2 and 3 troubleshooting, performance analysis, installation and maintenance, and design/architecture for future implementations and upgrades. It is the responsibility of this area to provide a high level of availability and a quality service across the network to all Fort Novosel customers, including all servers, workstations, printers, and the like.

Telecommunications and Plans Services
The Telecommunications and Plans Services Division provides official telephone, radio spectrum management, non-tactical radio and transmission systems services for all authorized Fort Novosel organizations, both on and off post. Specific telephony services include; for-official-use commercial- and government-owned local and long haul telecommunications, all telephones with 255 and 104 prefixes, and all government-owned outside cables and telecommunications facilities.
