army housing online user services is the U.S. Army’s gateway to finding information regarding family and unaccompanied housing — both on post and in the local community — worldwide. In addition to housing information, the ahous website provides links to other programs that support Soldiers and Families living in Army communities.
Corvias Military Living
Corvias Military Living was formed to partner with the U.S. military to address the challenges of providing safe, affordable, quality housing for America's service members. In 2004, Picerne Military Housing — now Corvias Military Living — was selected by the U.S. Army to privatize Family housing on Fort Novosel.
Corvias is committed to working with Fort Novosel to provide high quality homes and first-rate neighborhoods. Corvias Military Housing offers housing to both families and unaccompanied service members along with short-term moves. Corvias Military Living has the added benefit of relying on its experience through the privatization of the housing at Fort Meade, Fort Bragg, Fort Polk, Fort Riley, Fort Sill, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Edwards AFB, Eielson AFB, Eglin AFB, Hurlburt Field, McConnell AFB, and Seymour Johnson AFB. The Utilities Clearing House staff assists Soldiers and Family members with electricity hook ups with the Pea River Electric Cooperative and Covington Electric Cooperative. Also, Spectrum cable tv, internet, and mobile service has a provider to assist you with your set up if desired. The Utility Clearing House is located in the Solder Service Center, Room 190. Operating hours are 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 - 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. You may apply for CenturyTel telephone and other telecommunications service by calling (800) 532-2311.

IHG Army Hotels
Fort Novosel IHG Army Hotels is available for official and unofficial travelers. Military Training Service Support students are priority. Reservations for temporary duty, permanent change of station and unofficial travelers are based on availability and are subject to preemption by ITP travelers.

Off Post Housing
The Housing Services Office’s mission is to assist you with all of your housing needs. We are the Soldier’s advocate! HSO provides personalized assistance and instruction to servicemembers and their families on homes.mil . This DOD program provides contact information for housing offices and real estate listings of homes for rent that are close to military installations.
The HSO counsels customers on customary real estate practices for this area, rights and responsibilities of the landlords and tenants, standards of conduct, and Equal Opportunity in Off Post Housing. Renters insurance is also advised for coverage against the loss of personal effects and household furnishings.
We have requested local real estate companies include the military clause in their lease. Please review lease agreements and any other related documents before signing. If you have any questions or concerns while viewing the lease contact HSO or the Office of the Staff Judge Advocate they will review your lease for you. The HSO serves as a third party, mediates disputes, and provides guidance for all incoming and departing personnel.
