The U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence G8 serves as the principal staff officer for overall resource management, including financial and manpower management for USAACE.
Program and Budget Division supervises the formulation, presentation, execution and policy phases of the USAACE budget. It provides guidance relative to the command operating budget. This division develops policy and directives affecting the allocation, control, and use of dollars or work year resources.
Accounting and Financial Systems Division interprets financial management policy and provides guidance to staff elements. AFSD serves as the installation program coordinator for the Army Travel Card program.
Resource Analysis Division manages manpower, equipment, and organizational structure to include the Acquisition Management Oversight and Internal Control Process.
