Our mission is to provide oversight, training and overall guidance in the Army Records Information Management System (ARIMS) to include Office Records Lists (ORLs), office symbols, official mail, distribution, publications, forms and Freedom of Information Act/Privacy Act (FOIA).

Army Continuing Education System (ACES)

Army Substance Abuse Program

The Army Substance Abuse Program, or ASAP, is a comprehensive program, which combines prevention education, suicide prevention, urinalysis testing, risk reduction, and civilian employees counseling services. These programs are designed to strengthen the overall fitness and effectiveness of the Fort Moore Military Community (FBMC) and to enhance the combat readiness of its personnel and units. The main purpose is to eliminate alcohol and/or other drugs abuse.

Casualty Assistance

The Army's Casualty Operations programs include casualty reporting, notification to Next of Kin (NOK), funeral honors assistance for Soldiers, retirees and veterans, and casualty assistance. Fort Moore AG operates a Casualty Area Command servicing 70 counties in Georgia and 11 counties in Alabama.

Freedom of Information Act

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is a Federal law that establishes the public’s right to request existing records from Federal Government agencies. The FOIA provides for prompt, maximum release of DOD records to the public unless such requested records are specifically exempt from mandatory public disclosure under the FOIA. Only the Secretary of the Army and the Initial Denial Authority (IDA) may deny a request for Army records.

ID-Cards

This military personnel service function involves processing eligibility entitlements through DEERS (Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System) and ID Cards/ CAC cards for Soldiers, retirees, their family members, civilian employees and some contractors.

Personnel Automation Branch

The Personnel Automation Section handles the management of and access to eMILPO (Electronic Military Office), the proponent for Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army (IPPS-A) and is the point of contact for military personnel accountability for Fort Moore.

Personnel Operations Branch

The Personnel Operations Branch includes the Soldier Readiness Processing Work Center where our mission is to provide quality service to the Commanders and Soldiers of Fort Moore.

Personnel Readiness Branch

The Personnel Readiness Branch (PRB) whose functions involve the notification to Soldiers of reassignment to another permanent duty station, verification of assignment eligibility, preparation of permanent change of station (PCS) and family travel orders, and processing of deletion and deferment action by commanders.

Installation Main ID Card Facility

Sponsorship

ARMY CAREER TRACKER’S TOTAL ARMY SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM is a commander’s program designed to assist Soldiers, Families, and Army Civilian employees during relocation. Soldiers relocating to Fort Moore will need to use TASP to request a sponsor and initiate the DA Form 5434 (Sponsorship Program Counseling and Information Sheet). Military Personnel Division

The Personnel Automation Branch handles the management of and access to Electronic Military Personnel Office, or eMILPO, the proponent for Integrated Personnel and Pay System – Army and is the point of contact for military personnel accountability for Fort Moore. We are responsible for installation access to the Enterprise Data store application and monitoring absent without leave situations. Mobilization also falls under MPD, which is responsible for all reserve and guard federalizations for contingency operations.
