The Fort McCoy Civilian Personnel Advisory Center (CPAC) is the largest CPAC in Department of the Army and provides centralized human resources support to the entire US Army Reserve civilian workforce. The Fort McCoy CPAC is sited in three locations: Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, Rock Island, Illinois and St. Louis, Missouri. The Fort McCoy CPAC provides the full range of human resources support (i.e., staffing and classification, labor/management employee relations, workers compensation, and retirement) to approximately 12,000 Department of Army Civilians, Military Technicians and Non-Appropriated Fund employees located in:
