Reassignments Section will be closed on Wednesdays for training and administrative functions.

The MPD Reassignments Branch has created a Customer Inquiry Form to be used in cases where the S-1 is not able to resolve Soldiers’ issues. We get a lot of Soldiers here that are inquiring about information that should/could be received by their S1s. Effective 1 July 2021, this slip will be used ONLY if the Soldier cannot be serviced by their S1. The S1 must complete the slip, explain the situation and sign as the S1 Representative. This slip will not be used to ask the status of orders, it will only be used for situations that the Soldier may have that the S1 cannot resolve at their level. S1s must make every attempt to resolve the situation before sending the Soldier to the MPD. S1s will have direct lines of communication with the Reassignments team via our customer service line (910-396-8588) or our mailbox (Enlisted): usarmy.liberty.usag.mbx.dhr-enlisted-levi@army.mil ; (Officer): usarmy.liberty.usag.mbx.dhr-officer-levi@army.mil and they will also have the ability to come see us for information from 0900-1200 daily. Soldiers will not be seen without an S1 Slip completed by your office. If the visit is not warranted Soldier will be returned to their S1 for assistance.

Mission

Our mission is to provide a centralized Reassignment Processing Service to officer and enlisted Soldiers assigned to Fort Liberty, North Carolina, and those Soldiers geographically dispersed throughout the world. Our goal is to provide the best service available to our most precious commodity our Soldiers and their family members to minimize stress and maximize time.

Levy Briefs provide you with all the information you need pertaining to your PCS move, i.e. assignment requirements, entitlements, transportation and more. Levy Briefs are currently being conducted online ONLY. You will receive an assignment notification from our office with your briefing, forms and instructions. If assistance is needed please consult your BDE/BN S1. Please do not come to the Soldier Support Center without consulting them first, they are your first line of communication in all reassignment matters.
