Frequently Asked Questions
How and when should I expect to receive my final payment?
Your final pay will be sent after your ETS date, within 7-10 days no later than 20 business days. If you have not received your final pay within the 20 days, we may be experiencing systems problems with your account, please give us a call.
If I want to sell some leave days, do I have to fill out any extra paperwork?
No, if you have not used all your leave or sold any back in your career, it will be automatically paid in your final pay. It will be your monthly rate of base pay divided by 30 to get your daily rate times number of days sold minus 22% for federal taxes and % of state taxes, if any.

Travel will be reimbursed based on the cost to the government and what you actually paid. You will receive the lesser of the two.
