The mission of USAG Liberty Leader Course is to deliver deliberate education in core leadership and HR foundations, as well as hands on application to develop knowledgeable, agile, and adaptive leaders who can lead the Garrison into the future while providing continuous support to Soldiers and their Families.
This course consists of required professional reading material, instruction in Leadership Basics and Foundation, HR for Supervisors, practical exercises and role play scenarios, and a final project using all of the competencies learned throughout the course.
