Marine Corps Exchange opens all floors, practices social distance guidelines

On Monday, Henderson Hall reopened the three shopping levels in the Marine Corps Exchange main store. The Marine Corps Exchange remains open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in order to provide essential goods and services to patrons.

In order to preserve the health and well-being of patrons and staff, the store currently has a limited capacity of 57 customers. The Vineyard will remain open with the same operating hours as the main store. The Vineyard is enforcing a policy of no more than eight customers inside at one time. As with all areas on the joint base, the Exchange continues to remain vigilant and careful, following Department of Defense, JBM-HH policies and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines. Daily store cleaning protocols are in place for the safety of the joint base community. Please be aware that at the current time, to prevent transmission of germs, the exchange is accepting card payments only.

Customers are reminded to follow social distancing and other guidelines to stay safe. JBM-HH policy requires all individuals to wear a face covering in the MCX, as well as the Post Exchange and commissary on the joint base. Please be respectful and maintain a 6-foot social distance while in these areas.

The Henderson Hall Alteration Shop (uniforms) is closed until further notice. The tailor shop for civilians has announced new hours. The shop is open Tuesday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Capitol Deli is providing curbside delivery and carry out at this time. Individuals may place orders and pay for them over the phone by calling (571) 483-1962, Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

As a reminder, MCX stores will not accept exchanges and returns until July 1. Purchases prior to and during this suspension period will be accepted for return or exchange from July 2 to 22.
